MTA wants touch screens across NYC subway

New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) wants to install 47-inch interactive tablets throughout the entire 468-station subway system, according to the New York Daily News. The touch screen technology will include electronic maps, service updates, and the ability to search for nearby stores and restaurants— all at the tip of a finger.
